​Student admission, registration and distribution

Article (49)
 The school shall prepare a policy for admitting students and submit it to the Council for approval according to the requirements contained in the Private Schools Policies & Guidance Manual, taking into account the school's commitment to the provisions contained in this resolution.
 Schools may register students at any time during the academic year.
 

Distributing students in classes according to age group

Article (50)
Students - including the disabled (special needs students) - usually join classes according to age groups and pursuant to the Private Schools Policies & Guidance Manual in this regard.

Admission to KG1, KG2 and Grade 1

Students requesting admission to the KG and grade 1are admitted according to age as determined by ADEC and as places are available.

Admission to Grades 1-12

Students requesting admission to grades 1-12 have to sit for a diagnostic test in English, Math and Arabic as well as an interview.

Admission priority is given to applicants as follows

1. Existing students (promoted from the previous year upon parent confirmation and absence of serious behavioral issues)
2. Applicants who have siblings in the school
3. Children of school staff
4. Applicants residing close to school campus
   
   Registration is processed if places are available and the following documents submitted

Student Distribution in Classes

Students are distributed using the Esis electronic random distribution system for grades KG1 to Grade 1 and according to performance for grades 2-10. Requests to change classes will not be accepted.
